Fabrick, Real Estate
Brand indentity

Services: Brand Identity, Corporate Materials & Merchandising, Web Design & Development        Located in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona, Fabrick is an office and commercial building designed for companies and professionals who value both design and functionality in their workspace. Our goal was for the new visual identity of Fabrick to convey this essence—a balance between industrial design and modernity—while honoring its origins as a former textile factory from 1847, “Sucesores de Ramón Juliá S.A.”

       Drawing from its very name—Fabrick / Fábrica—we developed a graphic identity based on formal simplicity and visual coherence, featuring clean lines, a solid typeface, and a neutral color palette. The project was complemented by the design of corporate and communication materials, including informational brochures, promotional postcards, a welcome card for new tenants, merchandising elements, and the design and development of the website.
